Well written act 2019

text printouts, video recording

In response to the statement by Polish President Andrzej Duda (Nasz Dziennik,10-12.11.2018, No. 261, p. 7), Liliana Piskorska drafts a Polish version of the law, in operation in Russia, concerning the Protection of children against information posing hazard to their health and development. Not only does she prepare a draft of such a law, but also includes a set of comments on the harmfulness of the Russian law and on the potential use of the versions of the law designed for Poland. The work consists of a well-written draft law, invitation for the exhibition for Polish President, the original Russian law, analyses of international organizations of said Russian law, a commentary by a lawyer expert, as well as explanations and statements by people involved in science and human rights work.

The work was created in cooperation with the Zachęta National Gallery of Art.
