During one day of the festival, I returned to residents of Poznań their own/worn clothes from the semi-legal sale of clothing collected on charitable collections in Poznań.
Used clothing can be dealt with in several ways. Packed by the former user into plastic bags, it can be handed over to charity and put in containers placed next to the garbage cans or taken from the door as part of housing rebounds. From there, it often goes to the dealers involved in the second shops trade and in the stores it is waiting for the purchase (cheapest in tons) to again hit the shop hangers. Unsorted clothing (much cheaper than sorted) is reviewed for the first time after the sale. The uncertainty of such a purchase can be compensated by the potentiality of the content. There are toys, perfumes, women’s and children’s clothing predominates, but waste (per 1kg) is about 10-15 percent.
