Alicja Żebrowska i Jacek Lichoń are artists who for 15 years now have been working on a project called Infiltron, in which they infiltrate cultural and social rituals. They went through the process of preparations for weddings and the weddings themselves in different religions of the world. However, they never get engaged, so they happily agreed to get engaged with me. We went on a date together, engaging in romantic activities: a romantic stroll, eating sweets on a bench, preparing a dinner to eat in Alicja’s apartment. As a sign of our eternal attachment to each other, we put a padlock with our names written on it on a bridge. At the end of the day, I proposed and they accepted the proposal. I put the engagement rings on their frozen fingers and since then we have shared an undeniable bond of sincere and true love. The whole performance was documented by photographs (by me) and by camera recordings by Alicja and Jacek to become part of their series – Infiltration of the artistic action of Liliana Piskorska.
